Description
AKOVAC vacuum unit (AKOVAC-P.1/4.24DCL.NO.DS) in the PERFECT version for air operated pinch valves from AKO Armaturen.
Vacuum units allow pinch valves to be used under vacuum conditions.
This version enables the energy-saving deactivation of the vacuum pump when the desired vacuum level is reached.
The built-in digital pressure sensor allows the vacuum level inside the pinch valve to be displayed and automated by the customer.
The use of a vacuum unit is necessary from a process vacuum of >100 mbar and can compensate a vacuum of up to -0,85 bar at a control pressure of 5,0 bar.
Closing pressure and vacuum level can be adjusted separately in this PREFECT version.
This vacuum unit in the PERFECT version consists of a vacuum pump, a 5/2-way solenoid valve, a quick exhaust valve, a filter / pressure regulator, a pressure regulator, two pressure gauges (compressed air supply and closing pressure), a digital pressure sensor (vacuum level inside the pinch valve), a mounting bracket and all necessary hoses and fittings.
