Manual and control pinch valves
Unlike directly air operated pinch valves, mechanical pinch valves have a drive mechanism that is responsible for closing and opening the sleeve. AKO Armaturen offers you a wide range of configurations of hose pinch valves with manual and pneumatic actuators as well as versions that are prepared for operation with an electric actuator. Depending on the design and version, the pinch valves are available in nominal sizes DN 25 to DN 250.
You can choose from the following drive types:
- Manually operated pinch valves are controlled by handwheel.
- Pneumatically actuated pinch valves can be designed with either single-acting or double-acting pneumatic cylinders, depending on the nominal size and series.
- Electrically operated pinch valves are prepared for operation with an electric actuator. If required, you can also request and purchase the actuator directly from us.
If the sleeve - the only wearing part of the hose pinch valve - needs to be replaced, you can also obtain this as a spare part from the AKO online store.
