Mechanical pinch valves

The electrically controlled RV series pinch valves are available online in nominal sizes DN 25 to DN 200 - larger nominal sizes can be requested directly.
RV pinch valves are equipped with a flange connection on both sides (DIN EN 1092-1 PN10, DIN EN 1092-1 PN16 or ANSI B16.5 / 150lbs). The body of the RV pinch valves is made of painted gray cast iron GJL250.
The integrated sleeves are available in various elastomer qualities and are available with or without an opening flap. In the case of sleeves with an opening flap, the sleeve is firmly connected to the mechanism and is forced open by the mechanism. If there is sufficient pressure on the medium side (operating pressure), there is usually no need for an opening flap, as the sleeve is pressed open by the operating pressure when the mechanism opens.
RV series pinch valves are available in various pressure classes:
The RV pinch valves are available in DIN 3202 F5 and ASME B16-short.
- up to 1 bar operating pressure
- up to 6 bar operating pressure
- up to 10 bar operating pressure
- up to 16 bar operating pressure
- higher pressure classes on request
NOTE:
The actuator itself is not part of the listed RV valves. The RV valves shown are designed for operation with an AUMA actuator. Please ask us for the actuator separately.
