Description
Series RV electric pinch valve with the article number RV02511E2163BE in the nominal size of DN 25.
Equiped with a valve body made of gray cast iron (GJL250) and a sleeve made of NR (natural rubber). The sleeve is the only component that comes into direct contact with the pumped medium. The sleeve of the pinch valve does not have an opening flap in this version. Versions with opening flaps are also available in our online shop.
The mechanical pinch valve is equipped with a flange connection in accordance with DIN EN 1092-1 PN16 and is prepared to accept an electric actuator from AUMA.
This pinch valve version can be used up to a maximum operating pressure of 16 bar and at temperatures between -10° C and 70° C. The installation length of the pinch valve is defined in accordance with the installation length standard ASME B16-short.
Suitable replacement sleeves for the electric pinch valve RV02511E2163BE can also be ordered via our webshop. If a sleeve is worn, it is not necessary to replace the entire valve, only the defective sleeve; the remaining components can still be used. The RV series pinch valves are very robust valves; if, contrary to expectations, a component should fail, this can be requested from us individually.
