I am already a customer of AKO.
Are my previous conditions also valid in the online store?

Yes, all your personal conditions and special agreements are also valid in your store account.

How does a registration as a new customer in the online store work?

After you have registered as a new customer in our online store, we will receive your registration request. This will be checked manually by us afterwards. As soon as the check has been successfully completed, you will be automatically activated for the store.
Until the final approval, however, you can already use the online shop with some restrictions.

Why do we run a manual check?
In order to offer you the best possible conditions, a classification based on several factors is necessary. This has to be done manually to validate the data.
Since we are a pure B2B online store, we also use this manual check to ensure that the registration is of a company and not a private individual.

Can I order from countries outside the EU in your online store?

Apart from our online store, we also supply customers in countries outside the EU.
Due to customs regulations, it is not yet possible to process orders via the AKO Armaturen online store. However, we are working on enabling customers and interested parties from third countries to access our store.

What advantages does the AKO Armaturen online shop offer me?

After we approved your registration, you can immediately view your individual prices and conditions as well as current delivery times and shipping costs.
Place your products in the shopping cart and have them sent to your desired address - or, if internal agreements are necessary or the document chain must be kept, create an official offer in advance, directly from the shopping cart.
All this can now be done in a few minutes. This saves you a lot of time. 
Of course, we will continue to be there for you personally. Whether for questions, orders or a need for clarification.

What delivery options are offered in the AKO online shop?

For deliveries within Germany we currently offer deliveries by parcel service and by forwarding agency.  Alternatively you can deside to organize the pickup of your order by yourself.

For deliveries outside Germany and within the European Union we currently offer shippings by parcel service. If you want to organize the collection yourself, you can also indicate this in the store.

What payment options are offered in the AKO online shop?

As an existing customer you automatically benefit from your current payment option. As soon as we have activated you for the store, all your conditions will automatically be activated for the online store as well.

As a new customer you can choose between the following payment conditions: Invoice*, payment in advance, PayPal and credit card. Further terms of payment on request.
