The pneumatic cylinder-controlled pinch valve variants are flanged on both sides and can be equipped with sleeves in various elastomer qualities.

Pneumatic pinch valves of the OV series
The pneumatically actuated pinch valves of the OV series have a two-part valve housing made of powder-coated aluminum with flange connection according to EN 1092 PN10. The sleeve is permanently connected to the mechanism and is therefore positively controlled. OV pinch valves are available in nominal sizes DN 15 to DN 250 and can be fitted with compliant sleeves for use in food applications.

Depending on the nominal width, the following pneumatic cylinder versions are available:

DN 15 to DN 65

one pneumatic cylinder, single-acting (type PA)
one pneumatic cylinder, double-acting (type P)

DN 65 to DN 250:

two pneumatic cylinders, single-acting (type PA2)
two pneumatic cylinders, double-acting (type P2)

You need a normally closed version?
The PA and PA2 versions close automatically in case of energy or compressed air failure.

Pneumatic pinch valves of the RV series
The body of the pneumatically actuated RV series pinch valves is made of painted gray cast iron (GJL250) and is equipped with a flange connection conforming to DIN EN 1092-1 PN10 or ANSI B16.5 / 150lbs. The built-in sleeve is available in versions with and without an additional opening flap. The opening flap is firmly connected to the opening mechanism of the valve and supports the sleeve in releasing the complete pipe diameter. RV pinch valves are available in nominal sizes DN 25 to DN 200 and are equipped with a double-acting pneumatic cylinder in every nominal size.
