Pneumatic actuated pinch valves

Our pneumatic actuated pinch valve variant controlled by a pneumatic cylinder is equipped with a flange connection conforming to EN 1092 PN10 on both sides.
The pneumatically driven pinch valves of the OV series have a two-part valve housing made of powder-coated aluminium and a sleeve which is permanently connected to the control mechanism and is force controlled.
They are available in nominal widths from DN 15 to DN 250 and can be equipped with correspondingly compliant sleeves for use in food applications.

Depending on the nominal width, we offer the following pneumatic cylinder versions:
DN 15 to DN 65
- one pneumatic cylinder, single-acting (type PA)
- one pneumatic cylinder, double-acting (type P)
DN 65 to DN 250:
- two pneumatic cylinders, single-acting (type PA2)
- two pneumatic cylinders, double-acting (type P2)
