Description
Back-flow preventer (RFS.1/4") for air operated pinch valves from AKO Armaturen.
This back-flow protection devices prevent the pumped medium from being pressed into the control line and the control units in the event of sleeve leakage. In this case the pumped medium is discharged to the outside and only the back-flow preventer itself will be contaminated.
Please note that if using hazardous media, a back-flow preventer can ONLY be used if the drainage process is controlled. It must be ensured that the medium cannot escape into the atmosphere or environment and thus pose a hazard.
Connection: ¼ ″
Temperature range: -10° C - 60° C
